The Parus Foundation announces call for the scholarships for the academic year 2024/2025 for the co-financing of postgraduate studies of commercial law and law of legal and economic sciences abroad and the co-financing of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana. Candidates who have successfully completed their studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana can apply for scholarship until 31 January 2024. The Parus Foundation has received an award from the Association of Slovenes Educated Abroad

On December 26, 2020, the Association of Slovenes Educated Abroad (Association VTIS) presented the VTIS LETA 2020 award to the Parus Foundation in the premises of the Presidential Palace, where the President of the Republic of Slovenia Borut Pahor hosted the traditional annual meeting of the association. The Association presents the award to organisations and individuals for activities in the field of networking and cooperation between Slovenian citizens at home and abroad. At the award ceremony, the representative of the Association emphasized the excellence of the Parus Foundation’s activities in the field of knowledge circulation between Slovenia and foreign countries, which is extremely important for the Slovenian legal system, as the only obligation of our scholarship holders is to return to Slovenia and to transfer the acquired knowledge into Slovenian society for at least three years. On behalf of the Parus Foundation, the VTIS LETA 2020 award was accepted by the Foundation’s business secretary, attorney Katarina Mervič, and Uroš Čop, managing partner of Law Firm Miro Senica and Attorneys, Ltd.
